I've been an energy healer since the early 80's and discovered sound healing with crystal bowls in '98. It's been a wild ride since then as I've followed where the music has led. For the first five years, I took the bowls to every kind of healing venue I could think of: Retreats for people living with Aids and HIV, hospices, senior assisted living centers, hospitals, clinics etc. I also hung out my shingle for giving individualized sound healing sessions.

What I discovered along the way was that although my individual sessions yielded stunning results, my mission-passion was working with groups. I still occasionally give private sessions, primarily I hold sound healing concerts, all over the country. I am a Medium who hears and sees the music. I have no formal training which as a former perfectionist, could have really got in my way. I work with 45 singing crystal bowls, celtic harp, symphony gong, imbarimba, chimes, and lots of percussion, like Hung, Water, and Buffalo drum.

People have come to my concerts in crutches and walked out unaided. Others come with notebooks inorder to capture all of their insights. I have many individuals who use my concerts as a form of ongoing therapy for recovery of major illness. The music can shift radically, according to the needs of each particular group. For the last 5 years and even more so lately, I feel it has been working with the human DNA so that we are able to anchor in more LIGHT.

Based in San Diego, I have a local ensemble that joins me on Didjeridu, Flutes, and Vocals. When I travel, I enjoy collaborating with other sound healers and musicians who can "hear the music." I am now an independent music lable with 4 CDs out. Check out my web site at www.Elivia.com
