Soundbathing
Hello from New Zealand! I've been a musician for 30 years and only the last few have I been exploring how sound truly affects us. I've been experimenting with 'soundbathing' which is my word for toning, chanting - using sound in a conscious way to heal, meditate, calm, soothe or in fact, excite. I'd love to hear from other 'soundbathers' their experiences and insights.
